_Returns and exchanges
Don't worry you can easily return or exchange your glasses. Before making a return, contact our customer service: email@example.com Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt of the goods. The goods to be returned or exchanged must be sent in the original box (including labels and receipt) in perfect condition and must not have been used. The return in Italy is free, one of our courier will collect it. For all other countries, the return is charged to the customer. Free shipping is valid for the first replacement ( only in Italy for other countries the shipping cost for repalcement is charged to the customer), further exchanges are charged to the customer. The refund will be made with the same payment method used by the customer at the time of purchase.
Customs fees are charged to the customer.
Customs duties for any returns or exchanges are charged to the end customer.
Custom orders and corrective glasses complete with lenses are to be considered as a definitive sale, and cannot be returned, nor can they be refunded, credit, or exchanged._ Items on sale
