Before making a return, contact our customer service: occhio.crema@gmail.com Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt of the goods. The goods to be returned or exchanged must be sent in the original box (including labels) in perfect condition and must not have been used. The return in Italy is free, one of our courier will collect it. For all other countries, the return is charged to the customer. Free shipping is valid for the first replacement, further exchanges are charged to the customer. The refund will be made with the same payment method used by the customer at the time of purchase.
