AKONI's Sprint-A is a pair of titanium sunglasses whose perforated side shields recall the interiors of vintage sports cars; the titanium structure and the machining of the components give the model a recognisable technical character. It is handmade in Japan and has UV-protective sun lenses; whether prescription lenses can be fitted depends on the prescription and the frame. A case and cleaning cloth are included. In Akoni models, the details of temples, hinges and bridge recall watches and writing instruments, references revealed by looking at the frame up close.
