EYEVAN's Thompson is a pair of titanium sunglasses made in Japan. The lens shape revisits a barrel-shaped frame that the EYEVAN design team drew in 1995 for an American brand. The slightly thickened rim joins decorated end pieces whose motif continues inside the hinge, taken from a master mould hand-engraved by a craftsman; the titanium temples are engraved with fine patterns and the softly curved bridge holds the design together. The original lenses are base-2 CR39 with UV protection. A case and cleaning cloth are included.
