How do I choose the right frame size?

Does the price include prescription lenses?

Check the description and lens details for the specific frame. Non-prescription or demonstration lenses are not prescription lenses. If you would like lenses made to your prescription, contact us for a quote and a compatibility check before ordering.

How do I check colour and availability?

How much is shipping to Italy and abroad?

Standard shipping is free on orders from €150 to Italy, other EU countries and Norway, and from €200 to the United States. Below these thresholds, the costs are €10, €15 and €50 respectively. For other destinations, check the rate at checkout. Before ordering, you can contact us to check delivery times and customs information for your destination.

How do returns work?

Our policy allows you to request a return within 14 days of delivery. The item must meet the conditions in our refund policy, which also explains the process and return costs. Please contact us before sending your parcel back.
