Collection: Square Glasses

In square glasses the lens has similar height and width, with corners that can be sharp or gently softened. In acetate the shape draws a strong front; in titanium or metal the same geometry turns slim and light. Lens height and bridge position make a big difference to how present the frame is on your face.

Here you'll find square frames for prescription and sun together. For a single category, open square eyeglasses or square sunglasses; if you're after a lens that's wider than it is tall, see rectangular glasses. From the Journal: Square glasses: who they suit and how to choose them.

Square glasses: frequently asked questions

Square or rectangular: what's the difference?

In a square frame the lens height and width are close; in a rectangle the lens is clearly wider than it is tall, and the front reads more horizontal.

Who do square glasses suit?

Proportions, thickness and bridge matter more than face shape. We cover it in Square glasses: who they suit and in Glasses for round faces.

Can I try them on before buying?
