About this frame
Utopia è un occhiale da sole squadrato di T HENRI, disegnato a mano da Tyler Henri e ispirato all'hypercar italiana Utopia. Il colore Infinity ha la montatura in acetato nero lucido, dettagli in titanio placcato oro 18K e lenti sfumate grigio-blu. Fatto a mano in Giappone, in una serie numerata di 149 pezzi per colore.
Materiali e lavorazione
- Acetato giapponese di cellulosa in blocco, ottenuto da estrusione di cotone; frontale da 10 mm intagliato a mano.
- Decori frontali in titanio placcato oro 18K, con smalto bicolore.
- Aste laminate da 7 mm con anima in titanio placcato oro 18K, regolabile.
- Cerniera a 7 cilindri con piastrine personalizzate e rivetti ottagonali di sicurezza.
- Lenti Zeiss CR39 sfumate, con antiriflesso interno e trattamento antigraffio.
- Naselli ipoallergenici, grip antiscivolo e numero di serie su ogni esemplare.

T HENRI grew from Tyler Henri’s interest in meticulously made objects. Hypercars, yachts and aviation provided his starting points, with the intention of bringing a similar attention to construction, proportion and detail into eyewear.
After wearing and studying frames by independent brands, Tyler travelled to Sabae, Japan, to explore small-scale eyewear manufacturing. There he began a three-year development process, overseeing the creative direction and production of his first collection: the Monaco series.
Small production runs became central to T HENRI’s identity. Each model and colour has a defined edition size, giving a sense of the scale of its production and the work dedicated to the design. The connection with automotive design remains in the references, while each frame takes shape through materials and processes selected for that particular creation.
