About this frame
Champ de Mars ha un frontale importante, rifinito con dettagli che lo distinguono: aste smussate che catturano la luce, una scanalatura sul frontale che dà profondità e il triangolo Bauhaus di AHLEM negli angoli. Il ponte a buco della serratura, più stretto, calza bene su visi diversi. Fa parte della collezione Origins.
Materiali e lavorazione
- Realizzato a mano in Francia.
- Acetato italiano di origine vegetale da 8 mm.
- Perni, anima delle aste e cerniere in metallo con rivestimento galvanico in palladio e oro 22K.
- Aste larghe 10 mm con un unico smusso a taglio vivo, che alterna finitura opaca e lucida.
- Anima delle aste in filigrana, con i motivi a cerchio e triangolo propri di AHLEM.
- Cerniera a cinque cilindri con sistema di bloccaggio della vite.

AHLEM was founded in 2014 by Ahlem Manai-Platt, a Parisian designer based in Los Angeles. Her French roots and her engagement with art and culture inform the brand’s work.
Bauhaus design is a central reference, with proportion, function and attention to detail shaping each frame. Material choices and the study of finishes give substance to this approach, in which even the smallest elements have a considered role.
