About this frame
The MASKE Z18 model with 100% UV protection lenses is a pair of glasses handmade in ITALY by expert artisans. The glasses are made of METAL and are suitable for fitting prescription lenses. The frame comes with a case and a cleaning cloth for the lenses.
DREAMED IN BERLIN , HANDMADE IN ITALY
Kuboraum glasses are not merely inanimate accessories, but true masks – synonymous with play, but also with ostentation and protection – wearing which changes our perception of ourselves: they represent “cubic rooms”, a new dimension where we can feel at ease and in harmony with the rest of the world, free to be ourselves, living and experimenting with all our identities.
KUBORAUM calls its frames “masks”. The idea is that eyewear can change how we see ourselves and how we present ourselves to others: an object through which to play, recognise ourselves and express different aspects of our personality.
The name evokes a cubic room, a personal space in which to feel at ease and free to be ourselves. This image shapes the brand’s approach, treating the frame as a place to inhabit, close to the face and to individual identity.
