About this frame
Speedtail is named after the McLaren Speedtail: aerodynamic elegance, quiet authority, nothing superfluous. Matte black Nero colourway. Handmade in Japan in a numbered series of 199 pieces per colourway.

- Flared titanium shield secured with Torx screws.
- Adjustable, hypoallergenic titanium nose pads.
- 7 mm acetate temples, 5-barrel hinge with octagonal rivets.
- 4-base CR39 lenses with anti-reflective and scratch-resistant coatings.

Can it take prescription lenses?
Yes, the frame is suitable for prescription lenses, including prescription sun lenses. We fit them in the OCCHIO! boutique in Crema, or your own optician can.
How many pieces are there?
Availability is kept up to date on this page. T HENRI makes this colourway in a series of 199: once it sells out, it is not made again.
Do you ship within Europe?
Yes. The price is in euros with VAT included and we ship from Italy, so within the European Union there are no customs duties or surprise charges on delivery.
Can I return it?

DETAILS Handmade in One Collectible Batch Production. Combination of titanium and acetate, using a cotton-based extrusion method with custom complex coloration. 10mm hand-carved acetate front for a bold, sculptural profile. Hypoallergenic nose pads ensure superior comfort for all-day wear. Four-base CR39 lenses with anti-reflective and scratch-resistant coatings for optimal clarity and durability. Includes a flared shield design, secured with custom Torx screws for a precision-engineered finish. Voluminous 7mm acetate temples paired with a custom 5-barrel hinge for enhanced durability. Custom hinge plate reinforced with signature octagon rivets for a unique and stable structural detail. Acetate temple tips paired with signature embellishments. Fitted with adjustable titanium nose pads for enhanced comfort and support.
T HENRI grew from Tyler Henri’s interest in meticulously made objects. Hypercars, yachts and aviation provided his starting points, with the intention of bringing a similar attention to construction, proportion and detail into eyewear.
After wearing and studying frames by independent brands, Tyler travelled to Sabae, Japan, to explore small-scale eyewear manufacturing. There he began a three-year development process, overseeing the creative direction and production of his first collection: the Monaco series.
Small production runs became central to T HENRI’s identity. Each model and colour has a defined edition size, giving a sense of the scale of its production and the work dedicated to the design. The connection with automotive design remains in the references, while each frame takes shape through materials and processes selected for that particular creation.
