Caroline Abram glasses carry the name of their designer, a Parisian optician by training. After several years in design-led optical stores she began designing frames in 1998, and in 2008 she launched her own line, inspired by the vintage style of Miami and South Beach. Along the way she has received four Silmo d'Or awards.

Caroline Abram Glasses

The constant reference is 1960s fashion, reread with a retro-glamorous eye: butterfly, cat-eye, oversize and panto shapes. Alongside the main line there is Blush by Caroline Abram, a separate collection with a broad range of shapes and colours, offered in optical and sun.

At OCCHIO! the selection is optical. From the Caroline Abram line we carry Valeria in colour 575; from Blush, Arum, Azimuth, Bisou, Candy and Duchesse. These frames work on the shape of the front more than on detail, and are best tried with the proportions of the face in mind: each product page shows photos, colour and measurements, useful for comparing them with a pair that already fits you well.
