Yes. Every numbered piece ships from Crema, Italy, by tracked express courier to Dubai, Abu Dhabi and the rest of the United Arab Emirates, to Saudi Arabia, Qatar and Kuwait, and to Israel. Any import duties and local taxes are paid by the recipient on delivery.

What lenses do T HENRI sunglasses have?

T HENRI sunglasses are fitted with lenses made by Carl Zeiss, as the brand states in its use, care and warranty instructions. The RX versions of the same model are designed as optical frames: they arrive with neutral demo lenses, to be replaced with prescription lenses. So the same shape often exists as both a sunglass and an optical frame.

How should T HENRI glasses be cleaned?

T HENRI recommends washing the lenses daily with mild soap and water and drying them with a clean, soft cloth. Cleaners with ammonia or bleach should be avoided, and dry lenses should not be rubbed with tissues or rough fabric. When not worn, the glasses belong in their T HENRI case.

Can T HENRI frames be ordered online with prescription lenses?

Yes, with single-vision lenses, which can be made remotely from a prescription and the pupillary distance. Progressive lenses are made only at the OCCHIO! boutique in Crema, because they need measurements taken in person with the frame on.

How long does an online T HENRI order take, and how do returns work?

Orders leave Crema within 24–48 hours by tracked express courier, and delivery time is added on top depending on the country. Returns can be requested within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping is paid by the customer, and the refund is issued once the parcel reaches the boutique in Crema.
