The brand

Sauvage Glasses & Sunglasses

Acetates are cotton-based Takiron; metal models use titanium with gold or silver plating and hand-lacquered inserts. The brand was founded by Tommy O'Gara, an American designer who has worked in Japan for more than forty years at the head of The Light Co., the same company behind Julius Tart Optical.
