The brand

Ophy Eyewear

The brand sums up its language in three points: squared corners, strong geometric lines, the three-dimensionality of the object. Its acetate frames use Italian Mazzucchelli acetate and Italian Divel lenses. Several model names, such as Gropius, Gehry and Mies, look to twentieth-century architecture, and the reference shows in the design: fronts built from planes and edges more than curves. Alongside acetate there is a titanium collection, and for summer 2025 Ophy created a sunglasses capsule with Borsalino.

At OCCHIO! the Ophy selection is optical and in polished black: Leoh in colour 01 Polished Black and Groove in colour 01/A Polished Black. Solid black brings out the cut of the frame, which is the point of the brand. Both can take prescription lenses; each product page shows photos and measurements.

Ophy Eyewear glasses are available online and in the OCCHIO! boutique in Crema.
